Rufus E. Wolff is President of PEO Services, Inc., an affiliate of  the Wolff Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.   Alternative staffing arrangements, employee benefits, tax and business law, estate planning and asset protection are primary practice areas for Mr. Wolff.  Rufus has served as general counsel to a recognized multi-regional professional employer organization and has represented a number of professional employer organizations and similar staffing companies over the past ten years. Rufus is an active associate member in the National Association of Professional Employee Organizations (NAPEO), serving as primary author of Model Legislation-Employee Leasing Act (NSLA 1992); the Employment Relationship in Employee Leasing Arrangements (NSLA 1993); and the Employment Relationship in Professional Employer Organization Arrangements (NAPEO 1997). In addition, Rufus has been a speaker at various programs sponsored by NAPEO, NSLA, Texas Staff Leasing Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Society of Public Accountants, and various other professional and industry groups.

Rufus received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, graduating with highest honors, and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He is a Board Recognized Tax Law Specialist, Arkansas Plan of Legal Specialization; a Certified Public Accountant-Arkansas; a member of the American Bar Association, Sections of Taxation, Labor and Real Estate, Trust and Probate; Arkansas Bar Association Section of Taxation, Past Chair; the Pulaski County Bar Association; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accounts. In addition he is an adjunct professor of law at UALR Law School.
