PEO Services, Inc., an affiliate of Wolff Law Firm, is dedicated to providing legal and regulatory compliance services to PEOs, temporary help firms and other staffing companies. PEO Services combines the vast experience of our law firm in representing PEOs and similar companies with the problem-solving abilities of our professional staff who have had extensive practical experience with regulatory and legal compliance for PEO.

Mission: Our Mission is to provide Professional Employer Organizations with a full range of support services to achieve legal and regulatory compliance by offering a high quality, comprehensive and cost effective outsourcing of legal and regulatory compliance services.

Philosophy and Goals: We understand the business of PEO's and the complex and dynamic regulatory environment in which PEO's operate. We have assembled an outstanding team of experienced professionals and the most comprehensive database of information available to allow the PEO to outsource all or a portion of its legal and regulatory compliance functions. We strive to deliver top quality legal and regulatory compliance services to our clients in a manner designed to (i) prevent costly compliance problems; (ii) provide solutions to not only today's problems, but also to tomorrow's challenges; and (iii) keep our clients informed of emerging legal and regulatory issues.

Our goal is to provide these services in a cost effective manner that supports and assists the PEO's professional team. We believe our goals and services are best achieved by assembling as much information as possible regarding legal and regulatory compliance and making this information, as well as our advice and counsel, readily available to the PEO and its staff and advisors. We also believe that we add value by facilitating the use of our information and ideas by the PEO to deliver services to its clients. In short, we believe that we can never share too much information or too many ideas with our clients and that we earn our compensation not by treating our ideas and information as proprietary, but by sharing it and providing assistance and counsel in conjunction with it.
